Stockbroker & Film Producer Mahavir Mehta’s Grand Celebrations

 Bringing in a fun-filled night was stockbroker and film producer Mahavir Mehta who celebrated his wedding anniversary and his son Vanil’s 18th birthday in a grand manner. His wife Asha played the gracious hostess while Mahavir too ensured that all his friends were having a great time at the ‘Masquerade Ball’. A lavish theme-party welcomed small screen celebrities like Jaisheel Dhami (Nach Baliye current season) who walked in minus Suhasi Dhami as she was busy practicing for their next act on the dance reality show; Shakti Arora (Pavitra Rishta); Neha Saxena (Amita ka Amit) and Ruchi Savarn (Ghar Aaja Pardesi). Choreographer Rahul Saxena was seen grooving on the dance floor with his friends. Fashion designer Sameer Patel and Producer Parag Sanghvi (K Sera Sera Productions) were also present. All guests were dressed up for the event and were given masques upon entry to maintain the element of mystery. Playing on the decadence of disguise, guests wore face masks fitted with fixed expressions that allowed mingling and forging new friends with acquaintances. 

 

Apart from hors d’oeuvres, the guests also indulged in a salsa and tango dance performance by Latino couple Rounaque Sidana & Jhulia Zamihra and laughed away to stand up comedian Vipul Goyal’s jokes as he was at his hilarious best!

A huge customized cake was cut by the host couple as everyone loudly cheered on. And once the cake cutting was over, it was time for all the fun stuff – a DJ dance floor was open where guests danced away until the wee hours. A special photo-booth was set up where guests loved their chance to jump in front of the camera and strike a whacky pose with a friend or 3 in ‘party mode’.
